1.1. This Privacy Policy is between:
1.1.1. Euulo Limited trading as Euulo (NZ. Company Number 8260361) of PO Box 5216, Mount Maunganui South, 3149, New Zealand (“us” or “we” or “our”).

1.2. We will comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 in relation to any Personal Information you supply to us or gathered as a result of your use of Euulo and/or the services we provide (“Personal Information”).

What we gather
1.4. We gather and use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.5. We will gather the following Personal Information from you when you sign up to our services:
1.5.1. For all Users: Your first and last names;
1.5.2. For all Users: Your email address;
1.5.3. For all Users: Your phone number;
1.5.4. If you’re a Funeral Director, Business Name;
1.5.5. If you’re a Funeral Director, Business Address
1.6. As part of your use of Euulo, we may also collect the following Personal Information:
1.6.1. Your preferred name;
1.7. Your social media handle/s, usernames and/or passwords;
1.7.1. Photographs, videos, and other images and information scraped from social media;
1.8. Any other information you provide to us voluntarily, for example in the Messages fields within our website and app.
How we gather it
1.9. We collect Personal Information in many ways, including:
1.9.1. When you make an account with us to use Euulo.
1.9.2. When you access and use our website (such as through cookies).
1.9.3. When you interact with us through social media, such as by direct messaging or through public facing comments.
1.9.4. When we provide our Services to you (for example, when you use the Euulo social media scraping function).
1.9.5. When you interact with us through email, over the phone, or in any other form of correspondence.
1.9.6. When you make a payment to us.
1.9.7. If we do not collect Personal Information from you directly, we will tell you where we did collect that Personal Information from.
Your permission / consequences of not consenting
1.10. If you do not consent to us collecting, or provide us with, the Personal Information in clause 1.4, we may be unable to provide you with any of our services and/or access to and use of Euulo.
Information collected by a Funeral Director
1.11. We assume that when a Funeral Director provides us with Personal Information that you consent to us having or using that Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If a Funeral Director provides us with that Personal Information, and you make it clear to us you did not consent to it being used by us, we will immediately erase/delete that information and stop using it.
1.12. If you are a Funeral Director, it is your responsibility to ensure that all Personal Information you collect and supply us for use in Euulo and/or the Services has been collected and supplied in accordance with applicable privacy or data protection laws in your jurisdiction and this Privacy Policy. This includes (but is not limited to) that the Personal Information has been collected for that purpose, with the permission of the individual concerned and they are aware of this Privacy Policy and what the Personal Information is collected and used for. We are not responsible or liable if you (a Funeral Director) don’t comply with this clause.
Your rights
1.13. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent for us to collect and use your Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. If you do so, we may be unable to continue to provide you with access to Euulo, or the Services.
1.14. You may, at any time, request that we do the following for Personal Information stored in Euulo:
1.14.1. confirm or verify the accuracy of Personal Information, or give you access to do that yourself.
1.14.2. to alter, remove, or add to Personal Information in order to maintain the accuracy of that information, or give you access to do that yourself.
1.14.3. Erase/delete Personal Information that we hold about you.
1.14.4. Receive a copy of all Personal Information that we hold about you.
1.14.5. Restrict use of Personal Information, while you correct it or for you to use for a legal claim (in circumstances where we no longer need to hold the Personal Information).
1.15. We will provide reasonable commercially available methods to allow you to do anything under clause 1.14 above on your written request.

If you have any questions or would like to contact us about anything in our Privacy Policy or anything to do with Privacy or your Personal Information, you can contact us by email at help@euulo.com.. You can access your Personal Information through Euulo if you have valid user access credentials. If you don’t have access to Euulo, we will send you a copy of Personal Information that we hold if you email us at help@euulo.com and provide us with your details and request.
What we do with your Personal Information
1.17. With your consent, we will use the Personal information we’ve collected to provide you with the Services under these Terms, and to allow you to use Euulo. We may collect, hold and use Personal Information for the purpose of providing our goods and services to you (including allowing access to our website), to comply with our legal obligations, or as is required to process payments.
1.18. With your consent, we will use your Personal Information only for the purpose you provide it to us for or for the purpose we gather it for. With your consent, we collect this Personal Information to create the Photo Tribute using Euulo and/or to provide our Services. We will not use it for any other purpose or supply to any third party except as required by law or authorised by you.
1.19. We will only hold Personal Information for as long as necessary for us to comply with the purpose we collected it for, and for compliance with our other legal obligations in New Zealand (such as company record keeping). We will delete/erase Personal Information once we no longer need to hold it under this clause.
